HSB Career Service – career start support for you

You would like to work in Germany after graduation? Then you might have a lot of questions about how to get your career off to a good start in Germany. For example, you're not sure how to write your resume or cover letter, or you're wondering how to prepare for a job interview? Don't worry, you're not alone – and the Career Service team at Hochschule Bremen will be happy to help you.

Events, workshops and networking

The HSB Career Service team is familiar with the questions and concerns of graduates about starting a career and is there to help and advice. It organizes various events where you can network with companies from the region, as well as workshops on career planning, applications and job hunting. Individual counseling

If you have individual questions, there is also the possibility ofn idividual counseling. For example, if you would like to have your resume checked for your application documents, you are unsure about the wording of your cover letter, or are having doubts, this is the right place for you. You have been invited to a job interview and are wondering how best to prepare? The Career Service will be happy to help you with that, too. Good to know: The services are free of charge and advice is also available in English.

Career Gate

But that's not all: The Career Service operates the HSB's central job and career portal for students, the Career Gate. Here you can find job offers as well as internship positions from many companies in Bremen and the surrounding area and apply directly. To see the available jobs and to use the portal, a free registration is required.
