Please provide additional information about your visa appointment. 

Payments will remain valid for the next two intakes, if not refunded. The down payment may be refunded for circumstances beyond your control, i.e.:

1. If your study visa for Germany was rejected, you may be entitled to a full refund of your deposit. In order to enable us to process any refunds, we will require the original visa rejection letter from the German embassy or consulate.
2. Enrolment is not possible due to reasons the university is to be held accountable for (e. g. student numbers exceeding the capacity for a course).
3. In case of cancellation of the course due to poor acceptance of study places, we will refund the full deposit.
4. Your application for a state scholarship or scholarship to be awarded by a tertiary body was rejected. Official letter is required.
5. No visa appointment possible: In case the embassy or its portal is closed due to a crisis or simply for having no slots available in the near future due to high demand. Please provide us with a screenshot.

If the allocation of a visa appointment or for the submission of a visa application was outsourced to an external service (e. g. VFS in India), please save your e-mail communication with them (no smartphone scans) and fill in the form. 

Please note: Failing to receive a bank loan or securing any other private means for financing will not be accepted as reason for reimbursement. Due to the high cost of processing applications for international programs, we regret that we are unable to refund deposits for any other reason. Down payments will be valid only for the intake you applied for or the subsequent one, if you received admission. No later reimbursements. Refunds will be made to the applicant. Please note if you have already been enrolled, there is no claim for a reimbursement of the down payment.
