The Master in Cultural Management of the International Graduate Center is aimed at graduates from various disciplines who are active in the cultural field or seek a career in this field. The first scientific qualification of the student body extends over the socio cultural and cultural sciences, business administration or legal area. This extra-occupational master's program qualifies you for management and leadership tasks. Students of this program will acquire hands-on skills and will be taught methods relevant to different cultural areas. You will learn management strategies necessary to coordinate smaller organizations and events, as well as larger facilities.

The Master's Degree in Cultural Management at the International Graduate Center (IGC) has three focus areas: strategy, management and leadership. The program utilizes theoretical seminars and practical workshops to equip you with the right management tools. The practical nature of the program allows you to apply your newly acquired knowledge in your professional life. You can also choose practical projects that are in line with your current job. During your studies here at IGC, you become part of our strong networking community consisting of teachers and students. Well-founded know-how from theory and practice to accommodate your work schedule, the courses here at IGC usually take place on Friday evenings and Saturdays. Whether you plan to work in a cultural field, are already employed in this field or want to become self-employed, our Master in Cultural Management offers you a scientifically sound and practice-oriented expertise.
