The FlexMaster Business Management of the International Graduate Center is aimed at professionals with economic expertise who would like to enroll in certain modules from the curriculum of the extra-occupational Master's Program in Business Management at their own pace. This program will allow you to acquire practice-oriented management and consulting knowledge despite your busy work schedule.
Our FlexMaster allows you to make your own schedule to accommodate your work, trips abroad or parental leaves. The main foci of the program are the three stages of a company lifecycle: foundation, growth and restructuring.

Program description - FlexMaster Business Management
Get your Master's in Business Management one step at a time
Depending on your interests and capacities, you can put together your individual study plan in FlexMaster Business Management at the International Graduate Center (IGC) and take specific courses from the curriculum of the Master's in Business Management. Upon successful completion of a module, you will receive a certificate from the University of Applied Sciences Bremen and six ECTS credits. If you decide to pursue the complete Master's Degree in Business Management, the already completed courses in FlexMaster will be credited towards your degree by the IGC. Continuing education despite your busy schedule In FlexMaster Business Management, you will learn practice-related management
skills and master a reflexive approach toward complex practical issues in your field. To balance your education, work and family, you can book a module in a blended learning format each semester and combine online learning with face-to-face classroom time. The seminars are taught in German and English.
