- Bachelor’s degree in business (210 ECTS)

Business Analytics
This module aims to introduce students to business analytics concepts required to understand contemporary business challenges. Analytical techniques will be applied to assess and resolve some of the complex challenges faced by business professionals in global industries.
GLOBAL MARKETING STRATEGIES
You will gain skill and confidence in developing strong marketing plans for global business. The course addresses marketing performance in a global context; assesses differences in country environments; and applies techniques for international market segmentation, entry strategies, risk analysis, and comprehensive marketing plans
GLOBAL STRATEGIC ANALYSIS
In this core module, students understand strategic business planning: This module introduces students to global business challenges and the methods used to address them, through careful review of effective managerial techniques, in order to ensure a winning international business strategy.
HUMAN RESSOURCE MANAGEMENT IN A GLOBAL ENVIRONMENT
Students investigate critical human resource management (HRM) topics within this module. The aim is to examine relevant elements of HRM as they relate to global business, organizational policies, and standard management practices.
Multinational Financial Management
The goal of the course is to train highly effective global managers who have advanced analytical and decision-making skills essential for conducting successful business across borders.
International Leadership (elective)
The main objective of the module Leadership is to give the course participants a general leadership overview, to explore their individual leadership styles and set feasible goals for developing their management skills.
Macroeconomic Policy for Emerging Markets
This module provides theoretical basis for the most important topics of industrialization, including a historical overview and numerous growth theories of the past 60 years. In this module, you will examine empirical evidence for neoclassical growth theories and analyze conditions for the emergence of new markets. This course will provide an analytical framework and quantitative tools necessary to continuously evaluate the development of the BRICS countries.
Management Models for Emerging Markets
With its focus on mid-market requirements, this module gives you a brief overview of the theory of business models and allows them to apply common management practices in realistic business scenarios. This module aims to demonstrate that it is not enough to transfer existing domestic models when expanding into new markets. Instead, you will learn why it is crucial for already established companies to identify open needs when entering emerging markets and develop new business models accordingly.
Investing and Project Financing in Emerging Markets
Emerging markets are more unstable than the established ones. On the one hand, this generates high potential returns, on the other, it involves greater risks. For this reason, this module looks closely into practical challenges and questions of project financing. You are introduced to key financial models and gain practical tools needed to successfully assess investment risks. Additionally, you will be familiarized with all phases of project financing.
Project Management
Based on the standards of the PMI® (Project Management Institute), this module explores concepts and guiding principles of project, program and portfolio management. In addition to this, you will gain an insight into effective cross-border management. The latter involves the implementation of corporate strategies through active portfolio and project management.
Innovation Ecosystem Development in VUCA environment
Starting with an introduction to the VUCA concept, the course will introduce participants to the methodology of rapid foresight, design thinking and other tools.
Strategic Marketing Simulation - Markstrat
In this module you will work with Markstrat, a marketing simulation software, which offers students and professionals a risk-free platform in order to test theories and make decisions. Teams will be given a company and product portfolio to manage in a dynamic and interactive environment.
New Markets Development
The course is targeted on developing basic skills to analize international markets in transformation: exploring its nature, identifying global long-term trends, understanding emerging conusmer patterns and technologies.
