The IGC Board, consisting of Dean Prof. Dr. Lars Büttner (on the left of the picture) and Managing Director Ramón Spieker (on the right of the picture), looks forward to working with her. Prof. Dr. de Hesselle has already served on the IGC Board from 2019 to 2022.

The international focus of IGC and its role in educating future leaders make a significant contribution to ensuring a skilled workforce and global networking," Prof. Dr. Vera de Hesselle emphasized at her inauguration.
Prof. Dr. de Hesselle is also Vice Dean of the School of International Business at Hochschule Bremen. Furthermore, she is Director of the English-language Master's program Management - Digitalization & Transformation at IGC. As a lawyer, she specializes in tax and commercial law. Her work and research profile is very international, including collaborations in Brazil and Portugal. Prof. Dr. de Hesselle has been teaching and researching at HSB since 2008.
