On 6.12. a guest lecture was given by Prof. Ewa Oziewicz and Dr Tomasz Bieliński on "The role of China in the contemporary world economy (the Silk Road Initiative and the trade between the US and China, Chinese currency and stock exchange)". Both come from the Institute for Foreign Trade of the University of Gdańsk and were able to pass on their insights to the students of the Master in European Studies.
Already since 1978 there is a regular and extensive exchange between the faculties of economics of the University of Gdansk and the Hochschule Bremen with scientists from different disciplines. This makes it the oldest international cooperation of the "Hochschule" and also one of its most active. During the visit from 2nd to 7th December 2018 the delegation did not only enhance the views of our students, but also had time for workshops and an invitation to the Bremen town hall.
