The Master in European Studies program is trying to make the EU come alive: we organise lectures, seminars and conferences and become involved in EU projects together with several European partners.

Our last conference took place in April 2010. Experts, alumni and students from all over Europe came to discuss the "Future of the EU".

Before that, the conference "The EU in a global perspective: intercultural dialogue across three continents" took place in May 2008. It attracted more than a 100 participants from all over the world.

In November 2007, the first Alumni expert seminar "Globalization and the EU: How Europe fights global warming, saves jobs and protects social security" (Nov. 30th - Dec.1, 2007) proved to be a big success. The seminar was open to all alumni of Hochschule Bremen and anyone interested in European affairs.
