Our quality, our service. Your benefit.

As the International Graduate Center of the public University of Applied Sciences Bremen, which has already received a number of prestigious awards for the quality of its international and practice-oriented teaching, we too have obligated ourselves to a high standard of quality. We therefore regularly have our curricula accredited by an external accreditation agencies (ZEvA, AQAS, AACSB*). The Central Evaluating Agency (ZEvA) is part of the European Network of Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA). All master (MBA) degrees of the International Graduate Center are official  degrees of a German public university. Therefore they are accepted by universities and governments in and outside of Europe.

Our students are also actively involved in evaluating our programs. On the degree courses, the participants evaluate each individual course of lectures. This direct feedback on the course content and the teaching leads to focused and dynamic quality management.

We also give out awards for the best IGC teacher and student during our annual graduation ceremony. We would therefore additionally like to encourage and support high quality teaching and studying at IGC.

International Support. Right from the start!

Living and studying in another country is both exciting and interesting but at the same time it also means organizational and administrative work. Our international applicants and students do not need to worry about this. The Student Service of the IGC looks after them right from the start and answers all questions with regard to the planned study visit in Bremen beforehand.

The international student assistance (isa) takes on the task of finding accommodation, gives support with visa applications, clarifies insurance queries and helps the students in their dealings with the authorities both at home and abroad. This service is available to students free of charge. Furthermore the isa allocates tutors to the students and regularly organizes excursions and events during their period of study in Bremen.
