Important notes for the online-application

Please take the following steps after dowloding the online-application-form (to download click on the pdf-image)

1. select your course of study in the form,
2. fill in the data and
3. send the information by clicking the "send as e-mail" button and / or print out the form and dispatch by regular mail.

Please note: Saving the information to the form is not possible, unfortunately. Please use our print-out-forms on the download area or at the right content area for that purpose.
